Blackhawks Send Sam Rinzel, Landon Slaggert to Rockford

On Monday afternoon the Blackhawks assigned defenseman  Sam Rinzel  and forward  Landon Slaggert  to the Rockford IceHogs. The Blackhawks did not call anyone up. The move leaves the Blackhawks with six defensemen on their NHL roster, which means they’ll go back to skating 12 forwards.
