The Cleveland Browns might have a slim chance of still making a push for an AFC playoff spot, but that was mostly just to have something positive to think and talk about to start Thanksgiving Day. In the end, it is far more likely that the 2026 NFL draft order will be the thing we […]
It’s Thanksgiving, at least among some of the lesser hockey countries. So today, I’m going to list a reason that I’m thankful for each NHL team. That’s it. No gimmicks, or clever twists. I promise I’m not even going to do the “Thanks for reminding us it could always be worse” backhanded compliment thing to anyone. Just one sincere, if slightly bizarre, reason to say a quick thanks to every team.

The New Orleans Saints are facing a road contest versus the Miami Dolphins this Sunday in what should be a low-scoring affair between two of the poorer offenses in the league. The Saints are coming off a 24-10 loss to the Atlanta Falcons, while Miami enjoyed time off during its bye week. Through week 12, […]
Turkey, stuffing, pumpkin pie, and the Dallas Cowboys. There’s nothing better than that on Thanksgiving. Even if your friends and family aren’t football fans or fans of America’s Team, you would be hard-pressed to find a television in the U.S that doesn’t have the Cowboys game on in the afternoon on Turkey Day. The 2025 […]

Barcelona’s midfield struggles were laid bare in their recent clash with Chelsea, leaving the Catalans searching for reinforcements. Amid that, Brazilian agent Andre Cury has highlighted a potential solution: Atalanta’s Ederson. “A player I think could fit very well into Barca’s system, bringing a lot of physicality and energy, is Ederson, who plays for Atalanta. Happy Thanksgiving! Even happier the Houston Texans are off today in order to build on the 10-day lead up to their first encounter with the 2025 Indianapolis Colts. Right now, the thousand foot view sure seems like the Colts are the best of the best and Houston is overachieving. But when you dig deeper, the […]
There are three NFL games today. The Lions host the Packers, the Cowboys host the Chiefs, and the Ravens host the Bengals. The teams playing the night game change annually, but you might notice that the Lions always host the first game of the day, and the Cowboys always host the second game. How did […]
The Baltimore Ravens will take on the Cincinnati Bengals on Thanksgiving night. Both teams have a lot riding on this game, as the Ravens look to maintain their newfound lead in the AFC North while the Bengals hope to salvage their season in Joe Burrow’s return. The staff of Baltimore Beatdown gives their bold predictions […]
The Green Bay Packers and Detroit Lions square off in a rematch of Week 1’s jarring triumph by Matt LaFleur’s team. Dan Campbell had previously won six of seven against LaFleur—including three straight at Lambeau Field—before that opener snapped Detroit’s run of success. Both teams now sit looking up in the NFC North standings as […]
Cleveland Browns fans might be a little nuts about their team, but they are not delusional. When we covered the Browns chances of making the playoffs in early November, we noted that their playoff hopes were “not zero” in recognizing the unlikely nature of the possibility. Since then, Cleveland has lost two of three but […]
Say what you want about Joe Burrow, but he’s entertaining and he recently recounted growing up and watching Thanksgiving football and of course watching the Detroit Lions and their once upon a time quarterback, Matthew Stafford. Burrow made the funny recollection that he would basically eat food on Thanksgiving, and watch Stafford ball out, but […]
The Miami Dolphins will have a lot of decisions to make this offseason, but some of their previous choices are proving not to be good.

In this installment, we focus on Indianapolis Colts linebacker Germaine Pratt, whose reunion with Lou Anarumo was just what the doctor ordered. Well, you have to give the Las Vegas […]
It’s fair to say that Buffalo Bills fans would like to forget Week 12 even happened. Unfortunately, nothing went their way, but all hope is not lost. The Bills are still clinging to the AFC’s final playoff spot and don’t need any help to stay there. Obviously, moving up would be ideal, but Buffalo will […]
