Free agency isn’t over. I get that, but for all intents and purposes, it’s done. At least the vast majority of it pertaining to the biggest names on the market is. The pickin’s seemed slimmer this year to begin with, so things went fast. The Indianapolis Colts were involved and made their share of headlines. […]
Before entering the NFL, Cade Mays’ entire experience at center amounted to 46 emergency snaps as a 20-year-old at Tennessee. When drafted by the Carolina Panthers three years later in the sixth round, center didn’t appear to be in his future. That offseason, the Panthers had signed both Austin Corbett and Bradley Bozeman in free […]

The Florida Panthers did not make the splash many expected at the trade deadline entering the season. Instead of moving pending unrestricted free agents, Florida kept both Sergei Bobrovsky and A.J. Greer , with TSN's Pierre LeBrun indicating the club is now working on extensions for both players. Panthers general manager Bill Zito made the team’s stance clear after the deadline, calling Bobrovsky “part of our franchise” and “part of our core,” while saying Florida wants to keep him.

After the Chicago Bears shipped DJ Moore to the Buffalo Bills, it was clear they were going to need some sort of addition to the wide receiver room. Yes, Luther Burden and Rome Odunze would handle the top two spots, but it was going to be tough to imagine that Jahdae Walker would step in […]

San Diego State holds Colorado State to six baskets on the game, despite shooting nearly 50% from the free throw line. Rams 33% shooting and Aztecs paint dominance sends SDSU to a rematch against New Mexico in yet another semi-final. Thomas & Mack Center was maybe half full when the Aztecs and Rams took to […]
The Cleveland Browns have not necessarily made any big, flashy free agent signings thus far; however, they have made some important moves to improve the roster. Given how unhealthy the offensive line was last year, there is no doubt that if all the new additions are healthy, the 2026 line will be an upgrade. What […]

The Miami Dolphins still have a long way to go in their rebuild, but all indications are that they got the most important position right with Malik Willis.
It took the Syracuse Orange a long time to get going on Thursday afternoon out in Colorado Springs, in a game they would eventually win, 17-11, over the Air Force Falcons to improve to 6-2 on the season. ‘Cuse looked like they were sleepwalking through much of a sloppy first half in which they made […]

That begins with safety, where we have five contenders for two spots as our starters, and a pretty great crew besides. You’ll see one […]
Earlier this week, we published a survey question asking readers to rate the offseason to-date. Sam Reinhart scored the deciding goal 2:20 into overtime as the Florida Panthers extended its winning streak to three games with a hard-fought 2-1 win over the Columbus Blue Jackets at Amerant Bank Arena.
After a ridiculously good first period from Sergei Bobrovsky (14 saves) kept the outplayed Panthers even, the Blue Jackets finally broke through 13:01 into the second when Adam Fantilli took a lead pass from Mason Marchment and wired a wrister home from the right circle.
