The 2026 Major League Baseball season will reportedly begin tomorrow, March 25th, when the San Francisco Giants take on the New York Yankees in the hallowed grounds of the Bronx. (We all know the season doesn’t really begin until the next day when the Cincinnati Reds play host to the Boston Red Sox at Great […]

Red Sox News & Links: Connelly Early makes the team

Yesterday morning, we wondered whether Connelly Early or Johan Oviedo would nab the final spot in the Red Sox rotation. Come nightfall we learned that it would be… both of them? In a surprise move as they finalized the roster, the Sox decided that both Early and Oviedo would head to Cincinnati to help protect […]

Knights in the NBA: Ace Bailey Heats Up

Several former Rutgers basketball players have made their mark on the NBA this season. Dylan Harper has looked good coming off the bench for the San Antonio Spurs, while his brother, Ron Harper Jr, has contributed solid minutes to the Celtics when he was called up from the G-League. After taking some time to adjust […]

James Hagens Signs With Boston Bruins

James Hagens has signed an ATO with the Boston Bruins, choosing to start his professional career after two excellent seasons at Boston College. Hagens joined the Eagles in the 2024-2025 season as one of the highest rated freshmen in the country. He immediately lived up to the billing, putting up 37 points in 36 games […]

Bruins sign James Hagens to ATO

HagensWatch is (kind of) officially over, as the Bruins announced late Monday night that they’ve signed their 2025 first-round pick to an amateur tryout agreement, or an ATO. An ATO can be viewed as a compromise of sorts between the player and the team: Hagens will get a chance to show his stuff at the […]

NFL Mock Draft Monday: Looking for any edge

Now that the frenetic part of free agency has come and gone we can turn our attention back to the draft. Specifically, mock drafts. The mock drafts this year are pretty boring. Which is fitting, because this draft will be relatively boring. There’s no real QB debate to be had. While there are a bunch […]

The No. 2 quarterback spot has changed hands at Gillette Stadium. The New England Patriots announced the release of veteran backup Joshua Dobbs on Monday after no trade partner emerged, as NFL Media’s Ian Rapoport first reported. Comments from the Other Side - Timberwolves 3/22/26

This was a disappointing loss.  The Celtics just allowed the Wolves to play more physical and harder and better defense than them.  I love how Wolves fans were wanting the Celtics players and coach in the beginning and hating on their own players and team.  Then, at the end  they are loving their players and coach.  Next game they will hate them all again.  Hopefully the Celtics can find their defense and energy for the next game.  My favorites are in bold.&n...
