|
| amazon.com: The case against Marge Schott, owner of the Cincinnati Reds began when a deposition surfaced in a lawsuit filed by a former Reds executive, Tim Sabo. He charged that he was fired because he objected to her racial and religious slurs. A month later, Marge Schott said those slurs were joke terms. In an interview with ESPN with portions airing on Nightline, she denied using such derogatory words. Ted Koppel is then joined by Dave Parker, former outfielder for the Cincinnati Reds and one of two players allegedly referred to by Mrs Schott as a derogatory slur. |
