Major League Baseball™ Grand Slam Trivia

The Perfect Game for Baseball Fans of All Ages

Introduction

Watch Derek Jeter, Roger Clemens and even the great Hank Aaron as they come to life on your television.  MLB™ Grand Slam Trivia is a Major League Baseball™ trivia game that allows players to take their swings at questions valued as singles, doubles, triples and home runs. The game keeps baseball stat purists and aspiring trivia little leaguers on the edge of their couch and in the game.

Who is it for?

This game is great for all ages. Sports fans relish in the footage and enjoy competing against each other to see who is the ultimate “baseball authority”. At the same time, having four levels of questions allows younger and more casual fans to compete.

Grandparents can play the game with their grandchildren and talk about the heroes of their days. From Babe Ruth to Alex Rodriguez, the MLB™ Grand Slam Trivia spans the entire history of the game.

How to Play

The game plays on any DVD player, Computer or DVD playing console.

There are two modes of play: single player (known as the ”Batting Cage”) and team play (known as “Grand Slam Trivia”). Batting Cage is explained below. In the team play mode, two teams compete in a three inning game by selecting the difficulty of their question (single, double, triple or home run level) on a virtual playing field.

After a player selects a difficulty level, they are thrown a question. If they answer the question correctly, then a player takes the base associated with the question difficulty on the virtual field. Teams receive a maximum of four questions per inning and the objective is to drive in as many runs as possible. Anytime a question is missed, they’re out and the other team steps up to bat. In the event of a tie, the game goes into extra innings, where a winner is eventually decided.  Winning a game of Grand Slam Trivia takes baseball knowledge and keen gameplay strategy.

The game is fast-paced, easy to play and filled with excitement. A game takes approximately 20 minutes to play.
